Is couponing really worth it?

Well why don't you tell  me I got all of this today at Meijer for 6.10.

• 2, 2 litters of Cola
  
• 2 Philly Creme Sauces
• 2 Bags of Teddy Grams
• 2 Country Crock butters
• 1 Can of Chef Boyardee
• 6 boxes of Green Giant veggies
• 2, 2 Gallons of milk

That works out to about 36 cents an item!
